Need to delete your account? You can do it directly from the Profile page in the app. If you're having trouble, email us with the subject line "Account Deletion" and we'll assist you.
Subscription & Billing
Muse Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Find Muse and manage your plan
Quick Tips
Before reaching out, here are answers to common questions:
- App crashing on launch? Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Your data is safe if you're signed in with Apple.
- Movies not loading? Check your internet connection. Muse requires an active connection to fetch recommendations.
- Can't find my archive? Tap the book icon on the movie details page to view your sealed picks.
- Changed my mind about a pick? You can spin again from the movie details page. Free users get 2 picks per day.
